Products Description

We can produce the 1.2603 Die steel has the following specifications:

Round bar steel: 20mm to 800mm

Square-shape steel: 20mm to 800mm

Plate steel:1mm to 800mm

Width: 600 mm to 2500mm

Forging: Shafts with flanks/pipes/tubes/slugs/donuts/cubes/other shapes

Tubings: OD: φ6-219 mm, with wall thickness ranging from 1-35 mm.

Finished goods condition: hot forging/hot rolling + annealing/normalizing + tempering/quenching + tempering/any conditions based on the customer's requirement

Principal Design Features of DIN 30CrNiMo8 / 30CND8 Steel

1.2603 Die steel has good mechanical properties and remain relatively unchanged during quenching. Therefore can be used to produce precise and durable tools. Such tools can't operate at elevated temperature, and their thickness should not exceed 15mm.

1.2603 / NC6 Die Steel Applications 1.Use to create a large cross-section and complex shape of the cold die, and a variety of measuring tools.
2.Commonly used in punching die, stamping die, bending die, drawing die, punch punch, fine mold, and other metal molds.
